I think the star is working as intended when you use it in a melee fight but i dont like when people disengage with mobile advantage and put a star dragon alarielle and the fireborn under the star in a corner of the map for the full duration. Do note that the lizardmen require a well developed economy to field high tier units. Dark elves great ap missiles strong lord choices sisters os slaughter. The way it is now it will always be kind of op until it suddenly becomes insignificant. If confronting lizardmen targeting their economy and sackingrazing vulnerable settlements will reduce their ability to reinforce or muster new armies.
