Shadowverse take two card tier list. Already a reasonable 7pp 66 she summons either a regenerating storm follower or resilient ward follower when played while the deck is at 20 cards or less. High means that a card is almost always useful and can be safely included in most arena decks. Abyss summoner is by far runes strongest card in take two. I personally think both haven and sword are better than portal but im only one person so take that opinion with a grain of salt. However haven and runes extensive ability to control the board have left the deck unable to stick. Not really ordered within tiers.
